QA Automation Tester

📍 Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid – Minimum 20% onsite)

📅 Duration: 12 Months

⏱ Schedule: Monday - Friday | 40 hours per week

Seeking an experienced QA Automation Tester to support enterprise application development initiatives. This role is ideal for a QA professional with strong experience in automation frameworks, Agile environments, and large-scale application testing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute automated and manual test cases

Support end-to-end system and integration testing

Build and maintain test automation frameworks and documentation

Perform regression, performance, API, database, and cross-browser testing

Collaborate with developers, product owners, and Agile teams

Ensure accessibility compliance (ADA / Section 508)

Required Experience

5+ years with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans)

5+ years of automation testing using UFT and VBScript or similar tools

Experience working in Agile development environments

Experience testing web services (REST/SOAP) and distributed systems

Preferred Skills

C#, .NET, JavaScript, WebAPI, XML/JSON

SOAPUI or similar API testing tools

SQL and enterprise application testing experience
