About the role:

Create and maintain processes of the quality program and provide consulting for software development or operations processes, quality practices, quality audits and software measurements.
Develops, maintains, and upgrades manual or automated test scripts using AVO, Postman, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans.
Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms.
Controls and manages own daily test activities.
Provides internal quality assurance.
Supports test lead to identify risks and develops mitigation strategies.
Organizes and maintains the test script library in TestRail/Zephyr.
Knowledge of methods, tools and technology used in software testing.
Knowledge and use of quality management methods, tools and technology used to create and support defect-free, application software that meets needs of client/business partner.
Knowledge of primary database engines with a demonstrated ability to write complex queries to be used for data validation and troubleshooting.
Skill in understanding and focusing on the client needs.
Skill in analysis, solid decision-making and problem solving.
Ability to work in an agile development environment where developers and testing personnel work closely together to ensure requirements are met or exceeded.
Ability to deliver results under pressure
Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and teambuilding skills working with technical and non-technical individuals
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients, vendors and public

What You Will Be Doing

Develops, maintains, and upgrades manual or automated test scripts using AVO, Postman, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans.
Performs end-to-end testing of large and/or complex solutions that require analysis and research.
Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms.
Controls and manages own daily test activities.
Provides internal quality assurance.
Supports test lead to identify risks and develops mitigation strategies.
Organizes and maintains the test script library in TestRail/Zephyr.
Works under minimal supervision on complex projects.

What You Will Need

Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MCA
2 to 5 years of experience as Quality Analyst
Banking and Switch knowledge - ISO8583 Data Elements, Transaction Processing
Work experience in IVR Testing
Knowledge in Defect Management Tool like JIRA
Knowledge in Test Management Tool Zephyr/TestRail
Perform requirement analysis and understand Client specific business rules.
Perform impact analysis to multiple components of the product.
Knowledge in setting up lower environments to perform end-to-end testing and configuring various components.
Experience in preparing the overall Test Strategy, End-to-end test scripts covering all interfaces and meeting client specific business rules and requirements.
Ability to work in an agile development environment where developers and testing personnel work closely together to ensure requirements are met or exceeded.
Knowledge and use of quality management methods, tools and technology used to create and support defect-free, application software that meets needs of client/business partner.
Ability to deliver results under pressure.
