  • Design condition monitoring solutions, including sensor concepts, system architectures, and data acquisition strategies.
  • Select and specify appropriate sensor technologies (e.g., vibration, temperature, speed, proximity, acoustic, pressure) based on application requirements.
  • Define sensor placement, mounting, and installation concepts to ensure accurate and reliable measurements.
  • Integrate monitoring systems into automation environments, including PLC, SCADA, and digital platforms (e.g., edge devices, cloud systems).
  • Configure data acquisition systems and ensure reliable signal processing, data quality, and system interoperability.
  • Analyze sensor data to assess machine condition, detect anomalies, and identify failure modes using advanced signal processing methods (e.g., vibration and frequency analysis).
  • Develop and refine monitoring approaches, including algorithms, dashboards, and KPIs for predictive maintenance.
  • Validate monitoring systems through testing and commissioning activities, ensuring sensor performance and data reliability under operational conditions.
  • Support on-site installation, calibration, and commissioning of monitoring systems, including troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Prepare technical documentation, monitoring concepts, and condition assessment reports, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to standardization, continuous improvement, and the development of advanced diagnostic and digital solutions.

Your profile

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Strong experience in condition monitoring of rotating machinery.
  • In-depth knowledge of sensor technologies, measurement principles, and industrial monitoring systems.
