Role : : Automation / Integration Architect Grade: Manager / Senior Manager Department / Division: IT Location: Navi Mumbai Reporting To: CIO Team Size: N/A Purpose of the Role: The Automation / Integration Architect will lead enterprise-wide automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Automate, RPA, AI/ML, and low-code platforms to enhance operational efficiency. The role focuses primarily on business process automation while ensuring seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP systems across the organization. Key Responsibilities Automation Focus (Primary ? 70%) Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Automate, RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), and AI-driven technologies. Automate critical business processes across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Commercial functions. Lead hyper-automation initiatives integrating AI, chatbots, OCR, and workflow automation into business operations. Develop and deploy low-code / no-code automation solutions to accelerate digital transformation. Ensure compliance with GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and GxP regulations for all automation initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements. Integration Capabilities (Secondary ? 30%) Facilitate seamless integration of automated workflows with SAP and non-SAP enterprise applications . Utilize SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI) , Azure API Management , and REST/SOAP APIs to enable robust integrations. Partner with SAP, IT, and business teams to ensure automation aligns with enterprise integration strategies. Optimize data flow, interoperability, and security across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Education: Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology . MBA preferred. Mandatory Requirements: 10+ years of experience in enterprise automation, specializing in Microsoft Power Automate , RPA , and AI-driven automation tools . Proven expertise in process optimization (BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, AI/ML-driven automation). Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, MES, LIMS, CRM , and other enterprise systems in the pharmaceutical industry . Proficiency in integration technologies (SAP CPI, APIs, middleware, Azure Logic Apps). Strong understanding of data security , API authentication (OAuth, JWT, SAML), and compliance regulations. Desirable Requirements: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry , especially in manufacturing and regulatory environments. Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert UiPath / Automation Anywhere RPA Certifications SAP Certified Technology Associate ? SAP Integration Suite (SAP CPI) TOGAF or Enterprise Architecture certification Preferred Experience: Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Experience: 10+ years
