Job Description

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cherthala for a Tea Master. The Tea Master will be responsible for preparing high-quality tea and other beverages as per customer preferences. Daily tasks include maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the workspace, managing inventory of ingredients and supplies, and offering excellent customer service. The Tea Master will also ensure timely service and contribute to creating a welcoming environment for patrons.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in tea-making, beverage preparation, and understanding of diverse tea recipes.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage hygiene practices and workspace maintenance.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude are essential.
