Audit Trainee (Bcom Fresher)

Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Audit Trainee for a full-time, on-site role located in Mangaluru. The Audit Trainee will assist in reviewing financial records, preparing reports, and analyzing financial statements for accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities include supporting the execution of audit programs, identifying discrepancies, assisting in risk assessment processes, and collaborating with senior auditors to ensure the thorough evaluation of financial systems. Additional duties may involve documenting findings, preparing reports for clients, and staying updated on relevant financial regulations and practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to assess financial data and identify discrepancies.
• Good Communication Skills, including the ability to present findings effectively and collaborate with teams.
• Knowledge of Finance and expertise in understanding Financial Statements.
• Familiarity with Auditing principles, standards, and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong ethical standards and attention to detail.
• Prior internship or experience in accounting, finance, or auditing is beneficial.
