Job Title: Audit Executive

Location: Surat

Experience: 2+ Years


About the Role:

We are looking for an Audit Executive who can independently handle internal audits for different departments within the organization. The role requires someone who understands how business processes work and can review them carefully to ensure everything is running as per company policies and standards. The person should be comfortable conducting audits for departments like HR, Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing, and should be able to identify gaps, risks, or areas where processes can be improved.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the audit process from start to finish — right from planning the audit, reviewing documents and processes, identifying issues, and preparing clear reports for management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal audits across departments including HR, Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing.
  • Plan and execute audits by reviewing processes, records, and departmental activities.
  • Check whether company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements are being followed.
  • Identify process gaps, risks, and areas where improvement is required.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with clear observations and practical recommendations.
  • Maintain proper documentation of audit findings and records.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand processes and collect required information.
  • Communicate audit observations clearly to the team and management.
  • Follow up on corrective actions and ensure that issues highlighted during audits are resolved.
  • Handle client communication related to audit findings when required.


Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in internal audit or process audit.
  • Practical knowledge of auditing functions in HR, Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing departments.
  • Strong logical thinking and analytical ability to understand processes and identify issues.
  • Good reporting and documentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and clients.
  • Detail-oriented approach with the ability to review data and records carefully.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple audits if required.
  • Comfortable with travelling for audits when needed


Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred:

Someone who has hands-on experience handling audits from planning to final reporting.
