Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute audit engagements for Financial (Fund and Asset Management) and Non-Financial
Services clients in accordance with applicable auditing standards (IFRS / US GAAP / local GAAP)
Plan audit engagements, perform risk assessments, and design audit procedures
Prepare, review, and finalize audit work-papers in line with firm methodology
Identify audit issues, assess their impact, and communicate findings to Managers and clients
Supervise, coach, and review the work of Audit Associates
Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and related disclosures.
Coordinate with client finance teams and manage day-to-day client interactions
Ensure timely completion of engagements while managing multiple assignments
Contribute to continuous improvement of audit processes and quality initiatives
Stay up to date with changes in accounting standards, audit regulations, and industry’s best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
Progress toward or completion of CPA / CA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
(preferred)

Experience:

2–5 years of external audit experience mainly in funds and asset management, commercial and
professional services.
Strong working knowledge of accounting and auditing standards (IFRS / US GAAP / local GAAP)
Experience in leading audit fieldwork and supervising junior staff
Experience across multiple Non-FS industries and FS Funds and Asset Management preferred.
