Audiovisual Engineering Specialist

In our IT Team, we are looking for a strongly motivated Audiovisual Engineering Specialist who will have a fundamental role in engineering audiovisual experience for our WW offices. You will work closely with our global AV team and projects across APAC.

Role Description & Responsibilities

• Administering, studying and building AV systems across Asia Pacific by finding innovative and appropriate solutions.
• Overseeing and supporting Audiovisual implementations across Asia Pacific region
• Closely work with Global AV team to derive new AV standards for the company
• Work with different providers in order to meet deadlines for AV projects
• Help in writing of request for proposal, following and supporting the change management process
• Build constructive relationship with different contacts you may have (peers in yours and other Geos, Facilities team within your Geo, clients…)
• Deliver high quality of services for the AV systems across APAC region
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 Years of experience with Engineering degree preferably Electronics
• Hand-on experience in managing and deploying Audio Visual Infrastructure for Large Enterprises
• Project management experience
• Fluent English is mandatory
• Autonomous and rigorous
• Good at relationship-building and team spirit
• Experience in handling latest Video Conferencing devices from large players like Cisco, Jabra, Logitech etc., with Zoom as web conferencing solution.
• AV (Audio, Video, Encoding…)
• Streaming solution (Vbrick)
• Meeting room standard (Crestron, Room Scheduler…)
• Basic skills of LAN/WAN Network
