Role Description

We are seeking a full-time AV Project Engineer to join our team in Indore. The role involves managing the execution of Audio Visual, Video Conferencing, Digital Signage, and Collaboration projects from site survey to final handover. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating installations, supervising technicians, configuring and testing AV systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and as per client requirements.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on-site, interacting with clients, and taking ownership of project execution while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in AV, ELV, Networking, CCTV, or Video Conferencing projects
• Knowledge of Audio Visual systems, displays, projectors, microphones, speakers, and control systems
• Understanding of structured cabling, IT networking, and system integration
• Experience in installation supervision, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication, documentation, and project coordination skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, or similar collaboration platforms
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and technical documentation
• CTS or relevant AV industry certifications are an advantage
