Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Purchase Manager, located in Shimla. The Assistant Purchase Manager will be responsible for sourcing materials, evaluating and negotiating with vendors, ensuring the timely procurement of goods, and maintaining inventory levels. The role involves vendor relationship management, managing purchase orders, and optimizing procurement strategies to align with project timelines and budgets. Collaboration with project teams and adherence to procurement policies are key aspects of this role. Qualifications Procurement Skills: Expertise in sourcing materials, vendor evaluation, and purchase order management Negotiation and Communication: Strong skills in vendor negotiations and maintaining professional relationships Inventory Management and Optimization: Ability to manage inventory levels efficiently and ensure timely procurement Project Coordination: Experience in aligning procurement strategies with project timelines and budgets Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain accurate records Preferred Qualifications: Experience in real estate or construction sourcing, familiarity with ERP systems, and a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience with a reputed developer Worked with the top 20 developers of India.
