Assistant Manager/Lead - Financial Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager/Lead for our Financial Data Analyst team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and data analytics, with expertise in data science, machine learning, and predictive modeling. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing predictive models, and providing insights to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analyses to support business decision-making
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks using data science and machine learning techniques
Design and implement predictive models to forecast financial performance and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide insights to stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in FP&A and data analytics

Requirements

6-12 years of experience in finance, data analytics, or a related field
Strong background in finance, including financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
Expertise in data science, machine learning, and predictive modeling
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Power BI
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
