Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ranchi for the role of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor of Computer Science. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, conducting innovative research, mentoring students, and contributing to the overall development of the Computer Science department. Additional responsibilities include curriculum design, participation in faculty development programs, and active involvement in academic and extracurricular activities of the university. Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge in Computer Science subjects, including programming, data structures, algorithms, and emerging technologies. Experience in academic research, publishing papers in reputed journals, and guiding student projects or theses. Proficiency in curriculum development, syllabus structuring, and modern teaching methodologies. Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills to effectively guide and support students. Ph.D. in Computer Science or a closely related field (mandatory for Associate Professor and preferred for Assistant Professor roles). Demonstrated experience in a higher education teaching role or industry-related experience will be a significant advantage.
