We are seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Manager at the Associate Vice President (AVP) level to lead delivery-led growth for strategic customers within our fast-growing HiTech cluster. In this global role, you will own a $25+ million P&L, lead large-scale technology and operations delivery, and use trusted execution as the foundation for account expansion. You will partner closely with client stakeholders across Commercial Operations, Sales, Services, Finance, and Marketing business units, while leading engagements involving 500+ employees across APJ, Europe, AMS, and LatAm. The role requires a leader who can combine delivery excellence, executive trust, commercial discipline and consultative account growth to convert customer priorities into measurable business outcomes.


What You Will Do

  1. Lead global engagements for strategic client accounts, ensuring service execution, customer outcomes, revenue goals, and account expansion priorities remain tightly aligned.
  2. Use delivery intimacy and customer trust to identify, qualify and shape new opportunities in partnership with Client Partners, Delivery Heads and solution teams.
  3. Own and grow strategic accounts generating $25+ million annually, with accountability for delivery performance, revenue, margin, renewals, expansion and client value realization.
  4. Build trusted executive relationships by consistently delivering commitments and acting as a consultative partner for business priorities, transformation needs, and long-term account growth.
  5. Drive executive-level governance that connects delivery performance, customer satisfaction, commercial reviews, risk management and pipeline progression.
  6. Translate delivery excellence into renewals, account stickiness, cross-sell, upsell, and differentiated customer value.
  7. Develop account plans that improve service outcomes, strengthen customer experience, deepen wallet share and create practical revenue pathways grounded in current delivery context.
  8. Collaborate with sales, delivery and solution teams to shape proposals, define delivery-backed value propositions, support commercial positioning and improve win probability.
  9. Use delivery metrics, customer signals, account insights, competitor context and market trends to identify improvement areas, growth opportunities and sales differentiators.
  10. Manage budgets, commercials, pricing inputs and financial performance to balance delivery quality, customer value, margin protection and profitable growth.
  11. Bring market insights and customer feedback into service enhancements and innovation initiatives.
  12. Lead regular account reviews focused on delivery performance, customer satisfaction, risks, commercial health, pipeline progress and strategic priorities.


What You Bring

  1. A strong track record of leading large-scale global engagements, growing client accounts, managing executive relationships and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  2. Strong knowledge of technology trends, delivery models, market shifts and innovation strategies, with the ability to translate them into client value and practical growth opportunities.
  3. Experience managing multiple priorities, programs and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Experience with delivery governance, budget management, commercial discipline and financial reporting for large-scale engagements.
  5. A proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to resolve complex delivery and customer challenges.
  6. Ability to use delivery metrics, account insights, customer feedback and pipeline signals to guide decisions and improve service performance, revenue, and customer value.
  7. Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures, geographies and teams while balancing competing priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field; MBA degree preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in technology service delivery or related roles, including at least 8 years in leadership.
