About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Technical Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology projects. This role is ideal for someone who has a good understanding of software delivery and wants to grow into a full project management role.

The candidate will work closely with engineering, product, QA, design, and business teams to help track progress, manage timelines, follow up on action items, and ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing end-to-end execution of technical projects
• Coordinate with development, QA, design, DevOps, and business teams on project activities
• Prepare and maintain project plans, trackers, timelines, and status reports
• Follow up with team members on tasks, deliverables, and deadlines
• Support sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog reviews, retrospectives, and release tracking
• Identify blockers, risks, and dependencies and escalate them on time
• Ensure meeting notes, action items, and project documentation are maintained properly
• Track progress across multiple projects and provide regular updates to management
• Help ensure project scope, timelines, and quality expectations are met
• Support communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Work with senior project managers or leadership to improve delivery processes and team coordination
  
  

Required Skills

• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
• Basic understanding of web applications, APIs, cloud platforms, or software products
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Zoho Projects, ClickUp, Asana, or similar
• Strong documentation and reporting capability
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, technical project support, or software delivery roles
• Exposure to client communication and stakeholder coordination is a plus
• Certification in Scrum, Agile, or project management is an advantage
• Experience in AI, data engineering, SaaS, or product-based environments is a plus
