Responsibilities: (Associate Software Engineer)

• Develop and enhance user-facing features using React.js, HTML, and CSS with attention to responsive and intuitive UI design
• Build and maintain reusable components and libraries for scalable front-end development
• Collaborate with team members to translate wireframes and designs into high-quality code
• Assist in integrating frontend with RESTful APIs and contribute to basic backend interactions
• Debug and resolve issues efficiently using dev tools and logical reasoning
• Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews and collaborative development practices
• Work within Agile teams, communicate effectively, and take initiative on assigned tasks
• Continuously learn new technologies and best practices to improve development quality and speed
  
  

Requirements

• Strong foundation in programming fundamentals, including OOP, data structures, and algorithms
• Hands-on experience or solid academic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and the basics of how frontend communicates with backend systems
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git, and comfort using code editors and dev tools
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to debug and troubleshoot issues independently
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude, especially in team-based environments
• Quick to learn, open to feedback, and eager to grow into a full-stack or specialized engineering role
• Self-motivated and accountable, with a desire to take ownership of tasks and deliver quality work
