Our work includes envisioning and executing innovative electioneering campaigns, facilitating the capacity building of grassroots cadre, and shaping governance. We add professional aspects to the strengths of the scores of grassroots workers supporting the Prime Minister and ensure optimal electoral results, not as an end in itself, but to add to the Prime Minister's vision for a developed India. Our work leverages on-ground activities, data analytics, research, and new-age media as force multipliers for the Prime Minister's messages and actions. We comprise a diverse group of dedicated individuals?including former management consultants, lawyers, engineers, political theorists, public policy professionals, and experts from other varied sectors, all hailing from premier institutes and corporates?with the unified objective of meaningfully contributing to the nation's polity. Job Title: Associate / Senior Associate Location: Delhi (with extensive travel and deployment across India) Key Responsibilities: Campaign Support: Actively contribute ideas and provide operational support for the successful roll-out of diverse campaign activities, including preparing notes, SOPs & presentations Campaign Coordination: Drive end-to-end management of various campaign activities, ensuring timely & quality execution Problem Solving: Identify critical issues, apply strong analytical skills and propose pragmatic solutions in fast-paced and ambiguous environments Operational Excellence: Exhibit a strong bias for action, adapt quickly to dynamic situations and demonstrate exceptional commitment in a demanding work environment Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Drive clear and structured communication, and manage relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including vendors, agencies, and others Content & Creative Coordination: Manage end-to-end process of briefing & coordinating with communication teams, reviewing and delivering campaign collaterals and creatives in alignment with campaign objectives Campaign Monitoring & Performance Tracking: Oversee campaign monitoring & reporting, including call centre coordination and digital ad performance review to track the impact of campaign Client Management: Under guidance, learn to understand and fulfil client needs to ensure impactful campaign outcomes and client success Desired Qualifications & Skills: Education: Undergraduate/ Postgraduate degree from an academic institution of repute Experience: 0-6 Years of experience is required Core Competencies: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to propose practical solutions Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills, capable of clear and structured articulation Strong eye for detail and content (including creative content) quality, with the ability to coordinate with communication and creative teams Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure and demanding work environment Strong bias for action and ability to deal with ambiguity effectively Takes end-to-end ownership of tasks, driving their quality & timely closure Exceptional self-drive, passion and a proactive approach to work Keen interest in political consulting or a related field is an advantage Willingness to work, stay and travel extensively across various states in India as per deployment requirements Job Title: Manager Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Lead the designing, execution and monitoring of diverse campaign activities. Provide strategic direction and ensure the quality of outputs, including notes, SOPs, and presentations, through rigorous reviews Project Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end management of campaign activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely & quality execution Problem Solving: Identify critical issues, apply strong analytical skills and propose pragmatic solutions in fast-paced and ambiguous environments Operational Excellence: Exhibit a strong bias for action, adapt quickly to dynamic situations and demonstrate exceptional commitment in a demanding work environment Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Drive clear and structured communication, and manage relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including vendors, agencies, and others Content & Creative Coordination: Manage end-to-end process of briefing & coordinating with communication teams, reviewing and delivering campaign collaterals and creatives in alignment with campaign objectives Campaign Monitoring & Performance Tracking: Oversee campaign monitoring & reporting, including call centre coordination and digital ad performance review to track the impact of campaign Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Understand their needs and lead the team to deliver high-impact campaign strategies, ensuring client success. Desired Qualifications & Skills: Minimum Experience: 6 Years of minimum experience is required Education: Undergraduate/ Postgraduate degree from an academic institution of repute Core Competencies: Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure and demanding work environment, while ensuring timely and quality delivery Strong bias for action and ability to deal with ambiguity effectively Takes end-to-end ownership of tasks, driving their quality & timely closure Excellent problem-solving and planning skills with the ability to propose practical solutions & processes and enabling team members to do the same Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills, capable of clear and structured articulation Strong eye for detail and content (including creative content) quality, with the ability to coordinate with communication and creative teams Exceptional self-drive, passion and a proactive approach to work Keen interest in political consulting or a related field is an advantage Willingness to work, stay and travel extensively across various states in India as per deployment requirements. Adaptability & Work Ethic: Willingness to work long hours and weekends to fulfil campaign demands Flexibility to undertake ad hoc tasks and adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment Basic understanding of India's political landscape and electoral processes (Preferred but not mandatory) Previous experience in any form of campaign support, volunteer work or related projects (Preferred but not mandatory) PS- This is a contractual role till August,2026.
