Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in West Delhi, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. As an Associate at REVnexperts, you will assist in analyzing and optimizing revenue strategies, support technology implementation projects, and help conduct distribution and performance audits for hospitality clients. You will also contribute to the preparation of training materials, participate in workshops, and support the execution of strategic initiatives aimed at improving client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset.
• Understanding of revenue management concepts, pricing strategies, and hospitality distribution systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools; experience with hotel property management or revenue management systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client interactions and training sessions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in hospitality, consulting, or revenue management is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the revenue management and hospitality domain.
