Role Description

The Associate Regional Head - Retail & Dealership Business will oversee and manage the retail and dealership insurance business operations in Bengaluru South. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring hands-on involvement in business planning, sales growth, and building relationships with retail clients and dealerships. Responsibilities include leading sales teams, analyzing business performance, crafting strategies to achieve sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires a strong ability to manage teams effectively and drive business expansion in alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills to create strategies and evaluate performance.
• Experience in Retail and Sales with the ability to drive growth and foster client relationships.
• Strong expertise in Team Management to lead and inspire a team toward achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
