Job Description
- Primarily working on IT/ Non-IT/ Healthcare/ Clinical /Pharma
- Hiring W2 consultants' cases of submission.
- Negotiating with consultants on the hourly rate package and Annual rate package.
- Working on Job Portals ( Monster, Career Builder, etc.), Company's personal database, and large personal hotlist.
- Mass mailing, Cold Calling, Requirement Sending, Relationship Building, sourcing.
- Attending weekly update meetings and reporting to a manager.
- Resource mapping, resume screening, problem-solving, and issue resolution.
- End-to-End coordination of interviews between prime vendors, third-party vendors, clients, and consultants.
- Setting up interviews for consultants.
- Preparatory talks with the consultants before the Interview.
- Follow up with the selected consultants.
- Recruiting, Hiring, Submissions & Follow-Up.
- Involved with the full life cycle of the recruitment and with the Business.
