Associate Project Manager

We are looking for an Associate Project Manager who can effectively coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project execution, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate should have strong project management fundamentals, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the flexibility to work across multiple global time zones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project activities from initiation to delivery.
• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables using JIRA and other project management tools.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project risks, issues, and crises with effective resolution strategies.
• Understand QA processes and collaborate with testing teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Prepare project reports, status updates, and documentation.
• Facilitate communication between technical and business teams.
  
  

Requirements

• Required Skills (Must Have): Project Management, CMS (Content Management Systems), JIRA, QA Fundamentals, Stakeholder Management, Crisis Management.
• Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Business Analysis (BA), Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
