Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager who can effectively manage projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure timely execution, and maintain high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute multiple projects simultaneously
Coordinate with internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success
Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion
Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders
Maintain project documentation and reports
Ensure efficient resource allocation and task management
Identify potential project risks and proactively provide solutions
Facilitate smooth communication between teams and clients

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in Project Management or similar roles
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies
Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
