Associate Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Product Discovery & Market Understanding

● Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify high-impact opportunities. ● Continuously explore ways to make existing products better.

● Customer & Market Feedback

● Partner with Sales & Marketing to capture field insights.

● Work with Implementation and Support to understand real-world product usage and pain points. ● Speak directly with customers to validate ideas and improve the experience.

● Ownership of Delivery

● Manage sprints, track progress, and remove blockers to ensure timely delivery.

● Learn new domains, tools, and processes quickly.

Skills

• Creative and self‐motivated with strong problem‐solving skills (out of the box thinking).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Expertise with common productivity tools such as Word & Excel.

• Ability to multitask on different projects.

• Understanding of US Healthcare Industry is an asset.
