Associate Product Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-ownership Associate Product Manager who doesn’t just build products—but drives adoption, revenue, and customer success.

You will own product modules end-to-end, work directly with leadership, and play a key role in closing deals, shaping GTM strategy, and scaling products.

What You’ll Do

• Own product lifecycle: idea → execution → launch → growth
• Define PRDs, user stories, and work closely with engineering/design
• Drive product adoption and usage metrics
• Work directly with customers to understand pain points
• Partner with sales to:

- Run product demos and client calls

- Support deal closures and solutioning

- Convert customer requirements into product features

• Contribute to revenue growth and GTM strategy
• Analyze data, user behavior, and market trends to take decisions
• Move fast, iterate faster, and ship continuously

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Product / Pre-Sales / Business roles
• Strong analytical thinking + execution mindset
• Comfortable talking to customers and handling demos
• Understanding of Agile and software development lifecycle
• Ability to balance product thinking + business impact
• Hunger to grow in a fast-paced startup environment
