Job Description Digital Analytics- Implementation India-Mumbai/ Pune/ Chandigarh | Full-time (FT) | Digital Shift Timings - EMEA SHIFT (1 P.M to 10 P.M.) | Management Level ? Consultant to Lead Consultant | Travel Requirements - 10-15% Specialism ?Google Analytics [UA], Google Analytics 4 [GA4], Google Tag Manager, Tealium, GTM Server side implementation, Google Analytics Firebase Implementation, Adobe analytics, JavaScript, JSON and JQuery, Tag Audit, SDR and tech specification, The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, he/she must be self-directed, proactive and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors. MUST HAVE 3-12 years? Digital analytics implementation experience with Google Analytics Implementation. Intermediate to advanced JavaScript skills Experience with HTML and CSS selectors (preferably JQuery) Experience defining analytics tracking requirements, and guiding developers through implementation of those requirements Expertise in Google Analytics 4 Tag implementation using GTM or similar tools like Ensighten, Tealium Etc. Experience defining and configuring tracking rules, triggers, tags within the tag management tool Strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills Perform metrics implementation tests and ensure that global standards are being utilized experience with GTM debug view and any debugger tool. Understanding of GTM/ GA4 architecture & functioning Ability to translate business requirements into solutions Create Test Cases for Google Analytics implementation and performing tests/tag audit in UAT/PROD Providing Post Implementation support to business users Writing Technical specifications for new Implementations Ability to create Exploration reports/ segments/ Custom Dimensions & metrics in GA4 GOOD TO HAVE Mobile app tagging and tracking experience with Google Analytics firebase Strong service orientation, with a proven track record of working with multiple internal and external stakeholders Ability to effectively manage multiple work assignments while being able to shift priorities Domain knowledge of various industries such as Banking, Retail, ecommerce etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Design and develop reports by using tableau/Google Data Studio or Excel dashboards as per business requirements Exposure to Google Big Query Platform Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or computer science Any Specialized training, certification.
