SGGK is a Bangalore-based Chartered Accountant firm founded by partners with prior Big Four (PwC)

experience. We serve startups, SMEs, Indian corporates, MNC subsidiaries, and overseas clients across audit

support, financial reporting, compliance, and bookkeeping. Our client portfolio includes Big4/6 auditees,

MNCs and alike.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for professionals who meet all the following criteria:

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Big Four India practice (any domain — Audit, Tax,

Advisory, Risk, Deals but in Bangalore).

• Has confidence in building & driving the practice in their domain.

• Willing to get their hands dirty — practice-building requires doing, not just directing

• Worked as a Manager in Big Four India practice for at least 2-3 years.

• ICAI membership in good standing (CA qualification mandatory).

• Genuine aspiration to build a practice — not just change jobs.

• Willingness to operate in a practice-building mode: client development, ownership, and long-term

thinking.

Domain expertise in any of the following is a strong advantage:

Audit & Assurance, Ind AS / Financial Reporting, Direct & Indirect Tax, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Advisory, Deals & Transaction Suppor.

• Commitment to practice — you are here to build, not just execute

• Minimum lock-in of 2 years to ensure both sides build something meaningful

• Adherence to SGGK's quality standards, ethics, and client service philosophy
