Job Description
# Good English communication and ability to communicate with client over calls and emails # Good analytical skills # Good eye for detail# Need to meet productivity and accuracy targets set in the team# Staff will need to work in shifts as per company policy. Should be able to work for extended hours based on team requirement# Rotational weekly offs and includes night shifts# To be able to analyse and interpret chargeback disputes received from acquire banks in the form of emails and faxes. Investigate the disputed transaction and provide defense for the disputed amount. Handling refund validations and refund exceptions# Abide by all company policies
