About The Role:

This role is responsible for ensuring the right inventory is available at the right time while maintaining healthy stock levels across products. The person will work closely with Buying, Revenue, and Supply Chain teams to optimize inventory, improve product availability, and reduce excess stock.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management
Monitor and improve availability of high-selling products.
Track key inventory metrics such as stock availability, Days of Inventory (DOH), and inventory distribution.
Compare planned inventory targets against actual performance and make necessary adjustments.
Coordinate with Buying and Revenue teams to reduce slow-moving and excess inventory.
Ensure sufficient stock availability for product launches, promotions, and demand surges.
Inventory Replenishment
Manage end-to-end replenishment activities across suppliers and sourcing channels.
Oversee purchase order releases, stock inwarding, and replenishment performance.
Ensure timely replenishment to prevent stock-outs.
Demand & Performance Analysis
Analyze sales trends and demand patterns to optimize inventory decisions.
Improve stock inward planning based on recent demand signals.
Generate insights from inventory and sales data to support future buying decisions.

Required Skills

Additional Information

3–4 years of overall experience.
1–2 years of experience in Inventory Planning, Merchandise Planning, Category Planning, Supply Planning, or Demand Planning.
Experience in E-commerce, Retail, D2C, or Marketplace businesses is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL.
Ability to work with large datasets and make data-driven inventory decisions.
