Job Purpose: Executive Electrical involves assisting in the review, preparation, and coordination of electrical designs, reports, and project documentation. This role ensures that electrical designs are aligned with project requirements, standards, and specifications, providing technical input and feedback for continuous improvement. Responsibilities Executive Electrical Design Design Support And Review Assist in reviewing electrical designs and plans, ensuring they align with project requirements and specifications. Provide feedback and technical comments on electrical designs to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. Collaborate with the project team and consultants to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within the overall project design. Report Preparation Prepare and compile design reports, progress reports, and other technical documentation for electrical systems. Ensure that all reports are accurate, clear, and delivered on time for project milestones. Support the Engineer in compiling data and findings to create comprehensive reports for management and stakeholders. Coordination And Communication Work closely with the design team to provide feedback on electrical system integration and coordination with other engineering disciplines. Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to gather information or clarification on design matters. Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and presentations for technical discussions and design reviews. Design Comments And Improvements Review designs for feasibility, efficiency, and safety, and provide actionable feedback to improve the quality of electrical systems. Ensure design revisions and updates are tracked, and comments are documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders. Documentation And Compliance Assist in ensuring that all design documentation, including drawings and specifications, complies with project requirements and industry standards. Maintain organized records of design review comments, approvals, and changes to ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Material And Resource Coordination Assist in coordinating the procurement of electrical materials, ensuring alignment with project schedules and design requirements. Support the team in managing material lists and tracking inventory to avoid delays in project execution. Site Support Provide on-site support during electrical installations by reviewing site conditions and helping resolve design-related issues. Assist in inspections and evaluations to ensure electrical installations are progressing according to the design and specifications. Key Stakeholders - Internal Techno Commercial Team Project Teams Design and Marketing Team Other Teams - Finance, Legal, Architecture, Liasion Qualifications Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Work Experience (Range Of Years) 8-12 Years Preferred Industry Experience in electrical design, support, or execution within construction or real estate projects. Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, industry standards, and safety regulations.
