Job Description

Financial Planning & Reporting Oversee accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards. Partner with business teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with Ind-AS, IFRS, and other applicable accounting standards. Controllership & Compliance Implement and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and processes. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Income Tax, GST, ROC, FEMA, etc.). Coordinate with auditors (internal, statutory, and tax) for smooth audits and reviews. Process Excellence & Governance Drive automation and digitization of financial processes to improve efficiency. Monitor cash flows, working capital, and financial risk management. Establish governance mechanisms for financial discipline across all business verticals. Stakeholder Management Work closely with leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and accountability. Manage relationships with external stakeholders (banks, auditors, consultants, regulators). Qualifications & Skills Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA or MBA with 1?8 years of post-qualification experience. Strong background in controllership, accounting, compliance, and reporting. Experience in a fast-paced/startup/EdTech/e-commerce environment preferred. Expertise in financial systems, ERP, and automation tools. Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
