Job Requirements Job Description: Associate Manager-Acquisition (Current Account) North 1 Company Name: IDFC FIRST Bank Job Type: Full-Time Job Category: Retail Banking Department: Retail Banking > Branch Banking > Sales > Current Account Location: Haryana, India IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Manager-Acquisition (Current Account) North 1 to join our Retail Banking team. As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new current account customers in the North 1 region of Haryana, India. Key Responsibilities Identify potential customers and develop strategies to acquire new current account relationships Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and excellent customer service Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities to develop effective sales strategies Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and customer feedback Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry Strong understanding of current account products and services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficient in MS Office and CRM software Willingness to travel within the North 1 region of Haryana, India We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
