Job Purpose: Associate Lead - Corporate Affairs will develop strategies to enhance the company’s reputation, manage government relations, influence public policy, ensure legal compliance, and support communication strategies. Responsibilities include working with cross-functional teams, preparing external communications, and handling emerging issues and crises.
Responsibilities
Corporate Strategy :
Develop and execute corporate affairs strategies to enhance the company’s reputation and manage stakeholder relationships.
Government Relations
Establish and maintain productive relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
Policy Monitoring
Monitor, analyse, and influence public policy and regulatory developments affecting the industry.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
Communication
Support the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies, including preparing materials for public disclosures and press releases.
Crisis Management
Monitor and respond to emerging issues and crises that may impact the company’s reputation.
Research And Analysis
Conduct research and analysis to support corporate affairs initiatives and decision-making.
Collaboration
Work with cross-functional teams to align corporate affairs initiatives with business objectives.
Digital Mindset
Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, Political Science, Law, or a related field
Master's degree or additional certifications in Corporate Affairs or Public Relations is preferred
Work Experience
6-10 years of experience in corporate affairs, preferably within the Data Centres industry.
