The Opportunity

You ve spent years crafting your social media skills and understand what resonates with a B2B audience and why. You have experience with creating high performing social media content, managing timelines and using performance data to guide decisions for next month s social media content. You care about the details when it comes to creating a social media post, enjoy updating social media calendars, and take pride in making content that feels on-brand and scroll-stopping.

Join UST as a Social Media Specialist and play a critical role in scaling our brand voice, creating high-quality content, and executing social campaigns that drive awareness and engagement across key markets.

This is a full-time role based in India, reporting to the Head of Social and collaborating closely with global social media and marketing teams. Some projects may require working an overlap with U.S. hours.

What You Ll Do

Own the development and execution of organic social media content across channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and Threads, with a priority focus on APAC markets

Lead post-level execution, including copywriting, creative briefing for graphic and video assets, asset coordination, and channel optimization

Manage and maintain social media editorial calendars and project workspaces, ensuring content is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time

Track and analyze content and campaign performance, using insights to optimize future content and inform recommendations

Manage assigned community engagement tasks, monitoring inbound social media community interacting with UST s social media communities and tracking instances for reporting

Help maintain and evolve social media playbooks, workflows, and process documentation

Partner with paid social teams by providing copy input, creative feedback, and performance observations

What You Bring

Industry-specific skills

Minimum of 7 years experience in social media, specifically in daily management and content creation for brand social media channels

Experience creating and managing B2B social media content that drives engagement and brand awareness

Experience supporting global or regional social media programs, ideally within enterprise or large-scale organizations

Strong understanding of how different social platforms serve distinct audiences and objectives

Technical & functional skills

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

B2B social media copywriting skills, with a strong grasp of tone, clarity, and brand voice

Experience with content planning, editorial calendars, and campaign execution

Understanding of social performance metrics and experience using data to inform content optimization

Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously

Familiarity with social publishing, scheduling, and analytics tools

Ability to create clear, actionable creative and video briefs

Soft skills

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment

Strong independent ownership of tasks

Ability to collaborate across global teams and time zones

Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented

Bonus If You

Are based in Trivandrum, India

Have experience with tools such as Sprout Social, Asana, HubSpot, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or similar platforms
