Job Description

Position - Associate - Human Resources

Location - Navi Mumbai (Turbhe)

Who Are We

HaystackAnalytics is a healthtech company spun out of IIT Bombay, developing products and

technology platforms to make NGS-based clinical solutions affordable and accessible to

diagnostic laboratories and hospitals worldwide. We are a global innovator of products like

TB-WGS and infexn-NGS. Both of these are patented products from HaystackAnalytics

disrupting diagnostics and improving patient outcome in their respective domains. Next we are

creating the AI Platform for human genomics ‘identifi-NGS’ which is designed to bring a

patient's genetic context to Hospitals/doctors/customers enabling personalized therapy and

outcome.

What We Want You To Do

  • Design and update job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and

professional platforms)

  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
  • Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning

tests

  • Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and

internally

  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Coordinate with stakeholders i.e Hiring managers, candidates. For scheduling

interviews.

  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
  • Act as a liaison with new joiners to help them in the journey of new hire to an employee.
  • Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.

What Are We Looking In You

  • 6 months - 1 year work experience as an HR Recruiter/Executive.
  • Well versed with MS Office and GSuite
  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Understanding of referral programs
  • Strong verbal as well as written communication skills. Good proficiency in English.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources
  • Will be required to use own Laptop.
