Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all phases of Thermal Projects from planning to execution.
Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources allocation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to keep projects on track.
Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders and senior management.
Manage project budgets and financials to achieve project profitability.
Mentor and guide project teams to enhance their performance and productivity.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout project execution.

Qualifications

BE in Electrical /Mechanical/Civil
