Associate Director Strategy

Experience Required:

3–5 years of experience in integrated media strategy, with strong exposure to digital, data-led planning, and omnichannel media ecosystems.

Role Overview:

This role will be responsible for driving integrated media and communication strategy for key business portfolios. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insight-led, data-driven strategies that enable effective consumer engagement and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead integrated media planning and digital strategy across brands, aligning with business objectives and campaign goals.
• Develop strategic narratives around campaign performance, consumer insights, and evolving media landscapes.
• Support data-driven targeting and audience strategies using market insights and segmentation approaches.
• Assist in media mix planning, budget allocation, and identifying the most effective channels across target groups.
• Drive campaign performance tracking and optimisation, focusing on key metrics such as efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute to omnichannel planning across Digital, Social, TV, OOH, Print, Audio, and OTT platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams, analytics partners, and media platforms to execute innovative and effective solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging media trends and bring new ideas to enhance planning approaches.

Key Skills & Expertise:

• Strong understanding of integrated media strategy and planning fundamentals.
• Good grasp of digital media, performance marketing, and analytics.
• Ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.
• Exposure to omnichannel planning and campaign execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
