Are you a strategic sourcing leader with a passion for the EMEA market? We are looking for an Associate Director of Sourcing to join our Global Delivery Center in Hyderabad!

In this pivotal role, you will lead a high-performing team, driving delivery excellence for our premier client portfolio across EMEA regions.

What you’ll do:

• Lead Strategy: Execute end-to-end sourcing strategies aligned with EMEA regional goals.
• Drive Performance: Oversee SLA adherence, funnel management, and productivity optimization across multiple client programs.
• Manage P&L: Take ownership of budgets, forecasts, and financial health for your assigned accounts.
• Develop People: Mentor and coach a massive, diverse team to build a strong leadership bench.

What we’re looking for:

• 12–18+ years of progressive experience in sourcing and RPO delivery.
• Proven success managing large, distributed teams in a matrix environment.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to influence senior client stakeholders.
• Deep familiarity with the EMEA talent landscape.
