We are delighted to be assisting a leading UK consultancy to appoint an Associate-level Commercial Property Manager into their growing North West team.

This is a senior hire for an experienced surveyor looking to take ownership of a high-quality, diverse portfolio, with real influence internally and direct exposure to major national property company clients.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in managing a substantial commercial portfolio while supporting wider team delivery and mentoring junior colleagues.

• Strategic management of multi-let commercial assets (office, industrial, retail)
• Full oversight of service charge budgets, reconciliations & performance
• Leading relationships with major national industrial and office property company clients
• Acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders
• Management of major/minor works, contractors, and compliance (H&S)
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

About You

• Proven experience in commercial property management
• MRICS (or equivalent experience)
• Strong client-facing and organisational skills
