Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Associate Director of Sales, based in Udaipur. The Associate Director of Sales will lead sales initiatives, oversee sales operations, and drive business development efforts. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the role will involve managing and mentoring the sales team to foster professional growth and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales and Sales Operations
  • Experience in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
  • Strong capabilities in Customer Service and relationship management
  • Team Management experience, including mentoring and guiding sales teams
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinking and strategic planning abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in sales leadership roles, is highly advantageous
