Associate Director - New Initiatives will be responsible for launching and scaling new programs across multiple verticals. - Launch new programs across multiple verticals
- Own end-to-end execution from concept to scale
- Drive growth, enrollments, and revenue for programs
- Lead go-to-market, marketing, and admissions strategy
- Build and manage high-performing cross-functional teams
- Track performance, improve outcomes, and scale what works
- Ex-consultants, startup operators, founders’ office alumni
- 3-10 years in fast-paced, high-ownership roles
- Comfortable with ambiguity and strong execution bias
- Real ownership and impact
