Associate Director - New Initiatives will be responsible for launching and scaling new programs across multiple verticals. This role requires end-to-end ownership from strategy and execution to growth, admissions, marketing, and team leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, operates with high ownership, and has a strong execution mindset.

About The Role

We’re looking for a builder to launch and scale new programs at Masters’ Union. This role owns initiatives end-to-end from idea to execution, working closely with leadership across growth, admissions, marketing, and operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Launch new programs across multiple verticals
  • Own end-to-end execution from concept to scale
  • Drive growth, enrollments, and revenue for programs
  • Lead go-to-market, marketing, and admissions strategy
  • Build and manage high-performing cross-functional teams
  • Track performance, improve outcomes, and scale what works
