The Associate Director - General Management is a role responsible for leading high-impact, enterprise-level strategic initiatives across EEB GCO. This position partners closely with senior leaders to shape strategy, drive complex cross-functional execution, and deliver measurable business, operational, and transformation outcomes. The role requires solid strategic judgment, execution discipline, and the ability to influence without authority across global teams, enabling alignment on priorities, investment decisions, and long-term capability development in a highly matrixed environment.
Primary Responsibilities
The Associate Director - General Management is a role responsible for leading high-impact, enterprise-level strategic initiatives across EEB GCO. This position partners closely with senior leaders to shape strategy, drive complex cross-functional execution, and deliver measurable business, operational, and transformation outcomes. The role requires solid strategic judgment, execution discipline, and the ability to influence without authority across global teams, enabling alignment on priorities, investment decisions, and long-term capability development in a highly matrixed environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and execution of high-impact strategic initiatives aligned to enterprise priorities
- Partner with senior leaders to define problem statements, develop business cases, and align on strategic direction
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure milestones, deliverables, and outcomes are achieved on time and within scope
- Conduct deep-dive assessments, market scans, competitive benchmarking, and operational analyses to identify opportunities and risks
- Translate complex business challenges into clear strategies, frameworks, and executable plans
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership by providing insights, recommendations, and risk mitigation approaches
- Establish governance models, dashboards, and performance metrics to track progress and outcomes
- Identify execution dependencies, barriers, and change management needs across initiatives
- Develop and deliver executive-ready materials including strategy decks, business reviews, and investment recommendations
- Influence without authority across global teams to drive alignment on priorities and resource allocation
- Champion innovation through pilots, proof-of-concepts, and capability development to enable future growth using latest AI technologies
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and employment terms, including flexibility, location, and work assignment directives
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). - Graduate from a recognized university
- Project Management certification
- Agile / SAFe Certification
- 12+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, transformation, or enterprise program leadership
- Experience delivering initiatives involving emerging technologies (e.g., automation, AI, ML, NLP)
- Proven experience resolving complex business, operational, or customer issues
- Experience working closely with senior leadership and global, cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives as an individual contributor
- Solid business acumen, executive communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively across US and India time zones
- Functional Competencies:

- Expertise in building business cases, financial models, and ROI justification
