Associate Data Scientist

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting in the development and maintenance of machine learning models and analytics pipelines
• Supporting both batch and streaming data workflows under guidance from senior team members
• Collaborating with business partners to understand data needs and analytical questions
• Working with Python, SQL, and modern ML libraries in cloud-based environments
• Supporting Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and foundational AI integrations
• Monitoring model performance and supporting data quality and operational maintenance
• Contributing to dashboards, visualizations, and data products used across the organization

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
• Foundational experience with Python and data analysis libraries
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and data modeling
• Familiarity with SQL and structured datasets
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively
