Analyst – Marketplace

The Marketplace (MP) team at Myntra is responsible for shaping best in class experience for Myntra marketplace customers and sellers. The team liaisons with various teams across the organization to design processes, manage operations as well as drive critical projects as Myntra shifts to a marketplace centric approach. MP is a central team working closely with Category, SCM, Revenue, Planning to drive overall growth, profitability and seller experience.

You’re Part

• You will be part of marketplace team and closely work with internal Myntra Teams of central planning, Category, BI etc identify, define, collect, and track key business metrics for products or business process.
• Pull data required to conduct business analysis, build reports, dashboards and metrics to monitor the performance.
• Design and build insights and recommendations dashboards to internal business and marketplace sellers
• Provide competition analysis through comparison on pricing, delivery speed etc. with ecommerce marketplaces
• Work with the stakeholders to take data driven decisions.
  
  

You (Must Haves)

• Bachelors in Engineering, CSE, ECE, EE, IT and Instrumentation Engineering , AI | Data Science.
• 2-4 years of experience in similar role, preferrable in a ecommerce set up
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Technical capabilities: SQL, Advanced Excel and Scripting Language. (Python)
