Associate Customer Experience

Role Overview

As an Associate Customer Experience, you’ll be the face of Codeyoung for our global customers. You'll own customer relationships, deliver exceptional service, and ensure every learner has a seamless experience.

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Shift: Night Shift - 9PM to 6AM

Experience: 0–2 years

CTC: ₹4.5LPA

Probation: Initial 2 months of probation with a stipend of INR 20,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Codeyoung’s customers.
• Act as a single point of contact for all customer needs and inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of learning goals.
• Track client progress, identify risks, and implement corrective action plans.
• Deliver delightful service experiences that build trust and loyalty.

What we are looking for

• 0–2 years of experience in Customer Success/Support (Freshers welcome!)
• Strong communication skills (written + spoken)
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver under pressure
• High empathy, ownership, and a strong learning attitude
• MBA preferred; prior experience with US clients is a plus
