Role Overview
We’re looking for someone who understands how premium brands are built through consistency, taste, storytelling, and execution detail — from hero films to handheld creator content, from sonic identity to typography, from product lighting to edit pacing.
As Associate Creative Director, you will own and lead the video mandate for the brand across all platforms and formats. You’ll shape how Wellbeing Nutrition looks, feels, sounds, and moves in culture. An expert in navigating video tools and executing video edits, you will work closely with marketing, social, design, and external agencies to build a category-defining wellness brand.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership
- Define and evolve the visual and storytelling language of the brand
- Ensure consistency across campaigns, ads, social, website, creator collaborations
- Translate brand strategy into compelling visual narratives
Video Mandate Ownership
Lead end-to-end video creative across:
- Product launch campaigns
- Creator shoots
- Social-first content
- UGC frameworks
- Educational wellness content
- Marketplace videos
- Event and experiential content
Creative Direction- Video
- Conceptualize campaigns from insight to execution
- Supervise scripts, storyboards, shot breakdowns, and creative decks
- Be a hands-on operator who isn’t shy of editing videos
- Direct shoots alongside external production teams
- Execute video edits, motion design; oversee pacing, typography, grading, and finish
Systems & Processes
- Build scalable creative workflows for a high-volume content ecosystem
- Develop creative playbooks and brand guidelines
- Mastery over Adobe Suite- Premier Pro, After Effects, DaVinci, Higgsfield or other ai tools
- You have a robust roster of production houses, editors, DOPs, photographers, videographers for short and long-term projects and oversee them for projects
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with copy, product, and marketing teams to translate scientific benefits into emotionally engaging communication
- Collaborate with social and influencer teams to ensure cultural relevance and platform- native storytelling
What We’re Looking For
- 8 years in creative direction, advertising, branded content, or video storytelling
- Experience working with premium D2C, beauty, wellness, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands
- Strong portfolio showcasing videos executed from scratch, cinematic storytelling and high-performing digital content
- Experience leading shoots end-to-end
