We in the Segments and Guidance team are committed to delivering the most trusted, timely, and comprehensive estimate forecasts, covering both real-time and embargoed research for buy-side and sell-side clients. The Associate Content Analyst roles and responsibilities includes collecting, reviewing, and analyzing earnings forecast data received from contributors, brokers, and company financial disclosures worldwide for publicly traded companies.

Assists in the resolution of client data issue cases and holds responsibility for sourcing, collecting, curating content from financials documents / instruments / feed sources across various content sets and products / services.

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

• Supports in the resolution of client cases by fixing the data integrity, missing data and other similar issues efficiently for both internal and external queries.
• Processes data in an accurate and timely manner using the knowledge of the tools and financial markets
• Uses the approved sources to identify the data, convert / make valuable contributions to the data, or use the data as is defined in the collection policy
• Communicates and works with internal and external teams where required to support sourcing and collection of data efficiently
• Adheres to the quality metrics and prioritises activities to support business and customer requirements
• Supports specific projects assigned and meets or exceeds the KPIs defined
• Suggests process improvement ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  
  

Qualifications

• COMPETENCIES
• Ability to work in a time bounded environment with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong knowledge of the Financial Markets.
• Excellent Written and Oral Communication skills.
• Communicate by email in a coherent and professional manner.
• Ability to work within a team and to build interpersonal relationships.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly advanced MS Excel.
• Should be Customer Oriented.
• Good Analytical and data mining skills.
  
  

Flexibility to work in shifts is a must.

Ability to work independently and make quick decisions.

Pc Skills

• Working knowledge of Word and Excel with strong computer skills
• Ability to use in-house database (training will be provided)
  
  

EDUCATION

• B.com, BBA, MBA,M.com, Business Management or a related Analytical field.
