Job Title- Associate Consultant Team - Executive Compensation & Governance Position type- Full Time Work Location- Gurgaon - Sector 48 Sohna Road/Mumbai Working Mode- In Office Cab Facility- No People Manager role: No Required Education and Certifications Critical for the role- Full time Graduate in preferably in statistics, Math's, Others qualification such as Commerce, Economics, only from top graduate colleges in India. Required Years of Experience - Fresher or up to 2 years of experience. Job Summary You will be a part of Aon's Executive Compensation and Governance Team which addresses critical performance, rewards and talent issues concerning Boards and Executive Management, Integrated executive pay, governance and equity lifecycle support. Our deep sector expertise allows us to understand the business issues and find solutions that work within the context of our competitive landscape. Job Responsibilities You will be expected to be a skilled data professional, adept at gathering, cleaning, and analyzing complex datasets from a variety of sources including APIs, web scraping, PDFs, and other unstructured files. You will translate these data into actionable business insights using advanced analytical techniques and visualization tools. Identify appropriate datasets for research projects, including public databases, APIs, and proprietary data. Download, manipulate, and clean large datasets using Python and other relevant tools. Employ web scraping techniques (e.g., Beautiful Soup, Selenium) to extract data from websites as required. Extract and structure data from PDFs and similar unstructured sources using Python libraries (such as PyPDF2, Tika). Analyze data using statistical and machine learning techniques. Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using PowerBI, Python (Plotly, Dash), and Excel to communicate findings effectively. Collaborate with research leads to ensure analyses meet project objectives. You will research and understand Industry Archetypes and Business Models. You will apply this knowledge to advise and enable solution delivery on matters of Rewards, Performance, and Talent to Boards and Executive teams, including designing business-aligned executive remuneration strategies. You will be responsible for collecting market data from primary and secondary sources, analyzing market data, preparing reports, and presenting findings to top management and/or the Compensation Committee of the Board. You will manage existing flagship research initiatives, such as the Executive Compensation Survey and Non-Executive Directors Compensation and be encouraged to develop new flagship research in areas such as Private Markets Rewards and Conglomerate Rewards. Skills/Competencies Required Proficiency in Python for data wrangling, analysis, and dashboard development. Experience with APIs for bulk data extraction. Strong skills in extracting and processing unstructured data sources (e.g., PDFs, text files). Working knowledge of PowerBI and advanced Excel for data visualization and dashboard creation. Basic understanding of machine learning and statistical modeling. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong business communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Proactive and solution-oriented approach to tasks and design.
