Brief Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented ServiceNow Developer to join our ServiceNow team. In this role, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions that automate workflows, improve employee experiences, and enable operational efficiency across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their ServiceNow career who wants hands-on experience with one of the industry’s leading digital workflow platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Development & Configuration

Assist in the development, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow platform
Build and maintain forms, client scripts, business rules, UI actions, and workflows
Support catalog item creation and request workflows

Support & Maintenance

Analyse and troubleshoot incidents, defects, and user issues
Work alongside senior developers to diagnose root causes and implement solutions
Maintain platform data integrity and documentation

Platform Enhancements

Contribute to new features, modules, and integrations as part of sprint activities
Participate in technical design sessions and code reviews
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices

Collaboration

Work closely with process owners, architects, and business analysts
Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Support testing activities (unit tests, UAT cycles, regression testing)

Qualification

B.E / B.Tech / BCA / MCA (Computer Science / IT or related field)
Minimum academic criteria: [65 oe 70 CGPA]
No active backlogs (if applicable)

Mandatory Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of JavaScript (Mandatory)
Core Java OR at least one programming language (Java / Python / C++) – Mandatory
Solid understanding of OOPS concepts
Exposure to ServiceNow platform (ITSM modules/scripting)
HTML & CSS fundamentals
Basic knowledge of SQL / Database concepts
