Technical Skills ? Microsoft .NET Stack- 2. Proficiency in .NET 8.0, C#, ASP.NET Core, and MVC. Experience with building Web APIs and Minimal APIs. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React, TypeScript, and NodeJS. Data Persistence and Messaging- 6. Hands-on experience with ORMs (Object-Relational Mappers). Knowledge of messaging and streaming technologies. NoSQL Databases- 9. Understanding of NoSQL databases and their use cases. Microsoft Azure- 11. Designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using Azure services: 12. Azure App Services Azure Functions Azure Web Jobs Azure SQL Database Azure Storage Additional Skills and Value Additions -1. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. Python: General Python skills. Data handling using Python. API development using FastAPI or Flask. Knowledge of PySpark. Big Data: Exposure to technologies such as Databricks and Snowflake. Familiarity with Spark. Good to Have ? Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus. Experience with healthcare data analytics, machine learning, or AI technologies. Certification in healthcare IT (e.g., Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems, CHPS). Soft Skills ? Strong communication skills - oral and verbal. Ability to work with various stakeholders across various geography. with the ability to build & sustain teams.
