Title-Associate Analyst, Accounts Payable
Role Summary-
Proactive individual contributor who will play a key role in managing the full accounts payable cycle with key responsibilities include overseeing invoice processing,reporting activities, managing vendor, stakeholder relationships, and maintaining compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Title-Associate Analyst, Accounts Payable
Role Summary-
Proactive individual contributor who will play a key role in managing the full accounts payable cycle with key responsibilities include overseeing invoice processing,reporting activities, managing vendor, stakeholder relationships, and maintaining compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose:
- Managing the entire accounts payable process, including PO/NPO invoice validation, processing, and payment.
- Managing vendor accounts, ensuring all relevant documentation is up to date and compliance standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies and ensure accuracy in financial records
- Crafting and managing financial reports and dashboards to provide insights into accounts payable performance
- Proficient in using accounting software and tools to streamline business processes and ensure timely payments.
- Develop and maintain systems for monitoring and analyzing accounts payable data, policies, and procedures
- Involved in Reporting activities like GRIR and Aging report.
- Masters in Commerce/ B. Com/ MBA Finance or equivalent in Finance & Accounts
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Finance (accounts payable or a similar role)
- Ability to troubleshoot independently and possess strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with SAP
- Solid knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Good team player and Quick learner
